Ford Focus 2 fabricat intre 2004 si 2010 face parte din gama compacta si este o alternativa la VW Golf sau Opel Astra. In anul 2008 a primit un facelift si in urma sondajelor facute la service, s-a dovedit ca este cel mai fiabil model produs pana acum de catre Ford.

Ford Focus 2 cuprinde o gama de motorizari destul de variata: 5 motorizari pe benzina si 3 motorizari diesel. Cele mai des intalnite probleme la Ford Focus 2 sunt:
- La modelele pe benzina:
- Sunt probleme cu clapeta de acceleratie si astfel motorul nu mai sta la relanti.
- Uzura prematura a amortizoarelor.
- La modele diesel:
- Turbina nu isi face ungerea cum trebuie si in timp se strica, in special la motoarele de 1.6 L de 109 CP.
- Motoarele diesel au o turatie putin mai ridicata.
Avantaje si dezavantaje Ford Focus 2
Ford Focus 2 este o masina fiabila astfel, ca acest automobil prezinta mai multe avantaje decat dezavantaje.
Avantaje:
- Pretul de achizitie este destul de mic.
- Sunt masini relativ noi ( 2004 – 2010 ).
- Foarte multe dotari.
- O masina in care te simti in siguranta.
- Designul este unul modern si atractiv.
Dezavantaje:
- Nu isi pastreaza valoarea de revanzare la fel ca un VW sau Opel
